Shipping, refunds, etc.

All: If you have a problem with your order, please contact me ASAP so the order is shipped to the right address, painted correctly, etc! & if it’s a post office issue, addressing them ASAP is better to get your claim going. More details below.

Hats & Shoes: I have photos, sizing information, and pricing on each listing- Due to the nature of the product all orders are final sale, no returns/exchanges are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE, I do not under any circumstances accept or issue cancellations for made to order orders. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled/refunded. If there is any circumstances where the sealed & protected item is damaged in your care which causes the integrity of the artwork to fade, etc, the customer is responsible for those associated fees. (Shipping, handling, repair etc)

Stickers, prints, pins in stock are ready to ship within 4-5 business days!

Hat Drop items are ready to ship 4-5 business days AFTER launch. (ie: launch on a Monday would ship 4-5 business days AFTER that drop day- so Friday or Monday is when they would ship.) I always try to ship as promptly as my schedule allows.

Made to order items such as combats, portraits, paint pallets, etc. will ship 4 to 6 weeks after purchase as they are handcrafted and not readily available to ship!

I love recycling & reusing packaging (hippy dippy chic here) so your package may come with old newspaper packaging, used (but still sturdy!) boxes, & all other sorts of earth conscious items! If you are able to reuse & recycle your package, I encourage you to do so!! Thank you for respecting my choice in reusing what I can as well!

During Holiday season, pricing for shipping to your location may go up $1-$3 as USPS is upcharging for the season. I have no control over this. Please keep in mind your estimated shipping date (in description of all items) especially during the holidays! I do take time off to be with loved ones!

I use USPS to ship all items & you will receive tracking information through them. Depending on the USPS service, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately. Please know that once I drop the items off at the post office, it is out of my control! (whether that's updating in their system, lost/stolen items, delays, etc.) If you are worried your item is lost, please contact your local post office as they truly have more in depth information than me on each package!

Packages are insured so if you feel it has been subject to porch pirating (AHHH!) please file a claim with your local post office. These things are truly out of my hands unfortunately but the packages are insured to help both of us “win” in this “losing” situation. If you need any details from me regarding how to fight the post office with the claim, feel free to email your confirmation email & I will happily provide any details I can on my end to assure you get the refund due in this situation. 

I insure all packages as heavily as I can while also keeping it a decent price for you all- and the packages also have fluff inside to protect the artwork plussss "fragile" stickers on the box. If you receive a damaged box or USPS has damaged the whole piece, it is insured up to your purchase amount. You can fight USPS and create a claim to get compensation- but please know this is out of my hands. I do what I can on my end before they even head to you!

I am not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am also not responsible for any delays due to customs. Please be patient as your order can take anywhere from one to five weeks to arrive to you!
